The barrels containing aging rye arrived at Cascade Hollow in 2012. They spent nearly a decade in Cascade Hollow’s single-story rickhouses.
Cascade Moon 13 Year Old Rye is 100 proof. It has notes of vanilla, toffee, leather and nutmeg, the company reports, before an oaky finished.
